Dameon Pierce over 76.5 Yards Rushing (-115)
- Pierce has been the backbone of the Texans offense. He has exceeded 76.5 yards in 5 out of the last 6 games. More importantly, during that span he’s averaged 20.3 carries per game. I think if he can hit 20 carries, he should have no problem getting to 80 yards.
- The Giants average just 20.4 points per game. Because the Giants don’t have an explosive offense, I think the Texans will not be in a situation where they have to abandon their running game.
- As I mentioned in my Week 10 writeup, the Giants have had problems stopping the run. They are allowing 5.5 yards per rush (31st in the NFL).
- So far this season, the Giants have given up 76+ yards to a running back in 6 of their 8 games. I expect Dameon Pierce to join that list of runners.
