Saquon Barkley Over 74.5 Yards Rushing : (-115 Draftkings Sportsbook)
I’m taking another swing at the lowly Cardinals with this player prop. To me, this game profiles as a high time of possession game for the Giants with the Cardinals hopelessness on offense. The Giants were a massive disappointment in their home opener at Dallas, but Brian Daboll is too good of a coach to duplicate an offensive showing like that in consecutive weeks. Barkley should see extended action and a high volume of carries to get this team back on track.
2 Games in 2022 stick out to me that could fit a similar game script for the Giants. The Giants’ games where they were favorites were few and far between. Week 4 vs. Chicago and Week 9 vs. Houston were comparable matchups to the Cardinals and this was how Barkley performed in those outings:

What sticks out to me in these matchups vs. similarly poor offenses, is the sheer volume for Barkley. Daboll has shown me that he has no problem giving the ball to Barkley 30+ times which is almost unheard of in this day and age.
I think a hundred yard day is well within reach for Barkley in Week 2.
